IoT Management System for Automated Water Valves

Softrange Technology, Inc. implemented full system for deploying and managing automated water valves.  

• User and vendor management system with invitations and role based authorization.
• Hierarchical property management system

• Data collection system for gathering performance,  water consumption, and other data from valves on the network.

Clinical Study Support System

Softrange Technology, Inc. implemented clinical trial support system for Insulet Corp. trials of their automated Omnipod insulin pump connected to continuous glucose meter in a semi-closed loop system. The system included: 

• Advanced multilevel notification system for clinical investigators to inform them about trial adverse events, e.g. malfunctions, out-of range patient sensor data, etc.
• Visual dashboards for clinical investigators that includes real time graphical data displays, event lists, and ability to manage events.
• Rule engines for calculation of clinical trial events based on the continuous stream of data coming from trial devices.
• Data collection system for the clinical trial device data.
• Administration modules for managing users, patients, devices
• System for defining and parameterizing trial event rules based on the data collected from devices about the device and patients.

Cloud Clinical Study Platform

Softrange Technology, Inc. was a partner in development of a self-serve validated clinical study SaaS platform providing system architecture design and oversight, software development, and technical lead. Softrange developers were involved with the project from its inception and delivered the initial PoC implementation for investors. The platform includes:

• HIPAA compliant Mobile App for iOS and Android,
• Sponsor administrative Web App to define and monitor clinical studies
• Clinical investigator management and reporting portal
• Secure multitenant backend REST API
• Deployment on Amazon AWS cloud

 Client Portal for Marketing System

Softrange Technology, Inc. developed system architecture and conducted initial development architecture oversight for cloud based platform that allows the users to design and plan merchandising marketing campaigns. The system integrated with leading merchandising management and fulfillment platform to further manage and execute the campaigns.

Medical Big Data Analysis Platform

Softrange Technology, Inc. delivered the initial set of architecture blueprints for a Medical Big Data processing platform. The platform was designed to:

• Ingest the data about patients collected from multiple clinical and non-clinical data sources
• Analyze the data and detect certain patterns
• Trigger clinical and administrative interventions

The system was fully designed to utilize Amazon AWS services including:

 Managment Components for Student Financial Aid System

Softrange Technology, Inc. consultants envisioned, designed, and developed major components of advanced cloud based student aid calculator system. The software allowed to reduce the cost of oboarding and testing new clients as well as any changes in client setup by the factor of 5x and make the system profitable in the first year. The company delivered:

• Automated system for test data generation based on the client configuration
• Automated system for running unit tests in the production system and integrated with the company QA automation system
• Components for extraction of data for comparison in the test generation
• Test monitoring and reporting components
• System monitoring subsystem

Insulin Pump Controller Mobile App

In partnership with the client other companies Softrange Technology, Inc. participated in the initial exploration and architecture design of the system that can communicate, provide data visualization, 3rd party integration, and ultimately control insulin pump. The design included direct integration with complex Bluetooth Smart device, continuous glucose monitor (CGM) system, and diabetes data management (DMS) systems.

Floordraft for Google Project Tango

Softrange Technology, Inc. was contracted by a client and developed a highly functional prototype of application that runs on Google Project Tango device and can create usable floor plans of buildings and other inner spaces for merchandising marketing by scanning the rooms. The company if currently working on productizing the solution under it’s own name FloorDraft.
